Stormwater Incident Report

Spills of chemicals both accidental and otherwise occur throughout the city of Longview. There are two ways to report a spill to our office. You can enter your name and phone number using the form below and our office will contact you as soon as possible. Or, if you would like to remain anonymous, you can simply enter the location of the spill and optionally an email address. We will use your email address to let you know when and how the spill was resolved. All information is confidential.
